About Me

I am a qualified psychotherapist and counsellor with extensive experience in helping people with a variety of problems such as low mood, difficulties coping with loss, trauma or abuse.

I primarily use the psychodynamic approach to help you think about the problems you bring to therapy. In our 50-minutes sessions we would explore your past as well as what is happening to you now.
